Due to the custom-made nature of our pieces, all sales are final. 

Each item is carefully tailored based on your submitted measurements, making every order unique and made just for you.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through E-MAIL or CALL US, and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue. Be prepared to provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Wrong size submitted by customer
• Change of mind
• Shipping delays outside our control
